need info about rentals in morelia

Hello,
Can anyone help me with the name of a realtor who has rental listings in and around el centro in Morelia? Or even the names and email addresses of a few folks who would not find it too burdensome to exchange emails with me about the rental market in Morelia.
I'm a resident of Falls Church, VA, who is contemplating a move to Morelia no later than January 2005. Would greatly appreciate a contact or two to explore the real estate scene before I return there on my next trip, perhaps as early as March, though possibly as late as August of this year.
Will probably wish to rent the first year and would prefer an older, Mexican-style, updated home with garden, walled, and a minimum of two bedrooms and two baths. Furnished would be nice as I plan to put my possessions in storage until I determine that Morelia is the place for me.
Have not been able to locate any on-line listings with photographs, so your assistance with that task greatly appreciated too.
