The week of 27 October is one of the busiest ever in Morelia on the culture front. Everything from piano and oboe concerts to pirekuas, Italian arias and Spanish song, and opera, too. And, of course, the 30th anniversary of Don Juan Tenorio, an integral part of Muertos. When you arrive, pick up a copy of La Voz de Michoacan and Provincia newspapers. Both will have guides to cultural events of the week.
Check at the Conservatory of the Roses for the schedule for the Niños Cantores.
You’ll have absolutely no problem finding culture this week; your only problem will be deciding which event to attend!
