Where to buy flax seeds and walnuts in Morelia?

In Morelia I shop at Soriana, Mega, Superama, and the Mercado Independencia. I never see flax seeds or walnuts. Anyone seen these?

Walnuts are available practically year-round at Costco.

I've bought flax seeds in bulk at Mega. Costco has sold toasted linaza in little packets, imported from Canada. If you can't find linaza at Mega or Independencia, you might try a health food store. There is one a block or two south of Independencia which sells all sorts of stuff in bulk, another a block west of San Francisco, and yet another one block north of Av. Lazaro Cardenas on Agustin Melgar.

Wal-Mart, at Plaza La Huerta, has linaza entera in the bulk foods area, close to the panaderķa. And, as Jennifer mentioned, you can find it in Mega near Costco, near the beginning of the fresh fruits and vegs.
