I wonder if I could obtain information as to which US Consular office in Mexico serves Americans in Morelia and which Mexican immigartion office serves them. thanks Allen Murphy

The American Consular Agent in San Miguel de Allende has responsibility for Morelia. Unless there's been a change, that individual is Col. Phil Mahr (the spelling of his last name may be wrong, since I'm writing this from memory).

The INAMI (immigration) office serving Morelia is located in Morelia.
