If therapeutic touch is a specific kind of massage, no, I haven't heard of any practitioners in SMA. But there are certainly dozens of massage therapists around, advertising in Atencion, each proclaiming some sort of title or emphasis. Accept no substitutes?

No, therapeutic touch is not massage; it's more closely related to laying on of hands, although the name is a misnomer in that the hands actually hover slightly above the person being treated.
