Suite/apartment hotel IN Queretaro

I am looking for a suite or apartment hotel, or executive suites, in Queretaro for 2 months next winter, early January to early March. Would appreciate any leads & recommendations. El centro location preferred but not necessary provided the unit is near a busy bus stop.
I should clarify. I want a unit with my own kitchen/kitchenette, so B&Bs or hostels are not suitable. I should also mention that 'vacation rentals' would be okay too.

I would suggest the Turotel Querétaro, having stayed a few times in the very pleasant, modern, Morelia Turotel, but it's neither a suites hotel nor in Centro.

You might look into the more eclectic Home B & B, definitely in Centro, a variety of room sizes and styles from which to choose, English speaking (Canadian) owner, moderate rates and good breakfasts. http://www.queretarobandb.com/

Here is the bus service map with all routes. Just click on a route number on the right side, and it will highlight on the map:

Here is one hostel in Centro Historico. Private rooms, and a garden outside to use, and all services provided. About 6 blocks from Plaza de Armas and 8 blocks from the absolute heart of Centro Historico - Jardin Zenea, so close but far enough away to avoid some traffic/noise issues. Not sure if they discount their prices for longer term stays, but it's worth a shot.

Sorry, missed the part about having a kitchen. This guest house has 2 bedroom units with a kitchen, or 1 bedroom units with a minibar and a microwave. It's also close to things in el Centro Historico.

This is located about 1 block+ from Ave. Zaragoza, which is a major boulevard with lots of buses, and about 4 blocks from a major bus transfer spot close to the Ave. Zaragoza & Calle Luis Pasteur intersection.

The Departamentos San Sebastian looks wonderful but unless I did it wrong on the web site, they don't have 2 months availabily between early January & early March? ;o( I don't know how to contact them directly. It's not stated on the hostels web site. I wouold like to ask them about availability & rates for their 2 bdrm units. If you or anyone can find out, I would appreciate it. Many thanks for the referral though ;o)

oops..... sorry everyone. I used the wrong link to get at the San Sebastian. I have been able to contact Fernando. Waiting to hear back & keeping fingers crossed that they have availability altho not holding my breath.....
