Stolen FM#

Unfortunately while visiting the festival in Tzintzuntzan today, my wallet was stolen, including my FM3. I will be calling immigration in Morelia tomorrow. Does anyone have experience with this? What does immigration need to issue a new card?

I have learned from this experience. I will not be carrying my credit cards or original documents with me in the future.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

You will need a police report.

Seconded. The first thing you need is to get a police report. Or, in Spanish language terms, you need to levantar un acta ante el Ministerio Público.

According to this web page, at Migración you'll be asked for your passport, the police report, the fees for replacing the FM3 and whatever other documents they tell you you need.
