Self Storage in Guanajuato

Does anyone know if there is a secure self-storage in Guanajuato capital? Perhaps my first question should be, is this even a concept in Mexico? If so, what are normal rates? Obviously I am not leaving diamonds and LCD televisions but perhaps some end tables, chairs, and home goods.

Storage places are called minibodegas in Mexico. They exist in most of the larger cities.

Here is one listing for a storage space in Guanajuato for $700 through a rental agency, tele: 477 347 6526

Here is a listing on Vivanuncios for one in Guanajuato that is 3m X 10m for $1500 month.
There is another listing there for Celaya starting at $700 a month.
