Karen Brown's Travel website announced a forthcoming book on the Charming Inns and Hutels of Mexico. Essentially all of it is now posted online. These are all mostly pretty upscale places. <p>I was surprised and delighted to find a page devoted to Rancho San Cayetano, near Zitácuaro, where my wife and I stayed about 7 years ago.This is a good destination country inn, run by European expatriates, pleasant for those guests who enjoy the quiet pleasures of good food, conversation and company. It's also an excellent base from which to explore the Monarch Butterfly Sanctuaries.
