Quiroga Leather

Does Quiroga have a Leather Festival, just like the other towns? Is the leather actually crafted there. When I wlaked around I never seen a craftman working the leather, but many shops. My wife is from Morelia and she is not sure either,

No, to the best of my knowledge, there is no Leather Festival in Quiroga.
