Patzcuaro places to stay for a month

My husband and I hope to spend July of this year in Patzcuaro. Are there apartments, rooms with basic kitchen equipment or casitas available for reasonable prices? Is it possible to bring our dog...and maybe our cat? Thanks for any help.
