Hi, folks—
I’m not sure which sub-category to post this in—general, travel, general, central highlands, food, or whatnot—and I apologize for not having been a really ‘active’ board member these past ten years or so (I don’t live in Mexico, just like to visit, so I’m not real ‘qualified’ to answer a lot of questions.

But I am now at sort of the beginning part of a (planned, anyway) three-month tour by RV (just a modest little 23-foot job) to visit some of the colonial cities that I’ve not seen before (and some that I have, to re-visit friends).

But, anyway, to the point—A pen-pal has suggested that since I am now in AGS and will be here for a few more days, that I ask ‘Judy’ for some hints and tips on places to eat. Although I’m not by any means a gastronome, and have been mostly subsisting, ‘til now, on ham sandwiches, fried eggs, instant coffee, and cornflakes prepared en casa…I like ribs, and have been wondering about a place called (I think) Sancho’s Costillas or Costillas de Sancho or somesuch.

Judy,—if you are listening—do you have any opinions in this regard. What might I expect, pricewise and otherwise? The last time I ‘went out for ribs’ was about ten years ago in Memphis—lots of ribs, bread and cole slaw was what showed up on the table, but I had no complaints. Will Sancho take care of me? What is the verdict?
Thanks for any input. Judy or anyone else!
