In the Friday edition of USA TODAY, there was an interesting article on the efforts to rehab Garibaldi Plaza. The first comparison that came to mind was the similar efforts in NYC to rehab Times Square. Apparently, this is such an integral and important part of the heritage of Mexico City that the efforts appear to be worthwhile.
