There's a Marisco's "La Jaiba" out toward the Panteón. However, I've never found it in a several searches. We HAVE enjoyed several meals at La Jaiba on Blvd. García de León. (Far away from Costco.) I'm guessing that they're related.

Well, how much money do you want to spend, and what kind of food would you like? Otherwise, it's sort of like asking "What's a reasonably good place to eat between LAX and Pasadena?

For starters, try the Villa Montana, Amazonias, Emiliano's, San Miguelito, Salucita, Los Caporales, McDonald's, KFC, Sanborn's, Los Mirasoles, Las Mercedes, La Azotea, Casa de Arrachera, Pasta Nostra, Bizancio....

Thanks for the suggestions, but since we are not the Happy Meal types, I think we'll try Fonda Las Mercedes. I finally found enough info on this restaurant elsewhere to convince me it will serve "a nice lunch."

Las Mercedes is always a reliable choice. And the decor is fantastic.

BTW, I only inserted the fast food places in the list to see if anyone was paying attention.
