How Many Foreigners Live in Michoacan?

2100, according to NMI. Most live in Morelia, and here are the stats for the entire state:

24% are Estadounidense (that's American)
12% Cuban
7% Argentine
7% Colombian
6% Spanish
6% French
4% Salvadoran
4% Canadian
4% Guatamalan
4% German
Even smaller percentage - Japanese, Chinese, Indian and other

The third largest group of non-Mexicans is Argentinians. Any idea why?

Only guessing, but Argentina has been a pretty good place to not live recently, with all their political and economic turmoil.
