Housing in Morelia

I have been in Morelia for a week or so and intend to move here at the end of Nov after finishing up some business at home (Seattle area). A small house or apartment for rent is difficult to find. Any advice? I am going to stay at the Casa Camelinas for a month or two while I find something permanent. It is a very elegant place, great for a short stay.

Morelia doesn't have the supply of
turnkey one-month rentals that one might find in resort or expatriate
retirement communities, but you should be able to find something more
easily for the longer term. Furnished or unfurnished? Off-street parking?
Garden? With or without a telephone?

What part of Morelia interests you? Club Campestre, Cumbres de Morelia,
along the Calzada, north of Madero, Vista Bella, Santa Maria or ???

Cruise around, network, and check the classified ads in Provincia, La Voz and El Sol. And here are the names of some real estate agents:
