Hotel Paricutin?

I asked this question in the General Forum, thought I would get closer to home. Does anyone know about Hotel Paricutin in Uruapan? It was recommended by a travel agent, but the address seems quite a distance from the central area. Any info would be welcomed. Thanks Doug

It has only two stars.

My recommendation is always Mansion del Cupatitzio. http://www.mansioncupatitzio.com/index_english.htm Everyone who's stayed there has been enchanted with the place.

Closer to the plaza is the Plaza Uruapan, which has received consistently good marks.
