HELP - need bus info

We are having great difficulty finding specific info re buses from Zihuatanejo to Morelia. We need to know which bus line to take and when it runs. We hope to travel during the day. We have checked several websites but can't find the details.

Can anyone tell us what buses go that route, how long it takes and when they run (or any pieces of this information)?
Do they take the new toll road?

We need to know so we can make plans for connections from Morelia.
