You're doing great. How about gasoline, gas, electricity water&sewer (maybe included in your rent), personal hygiene items and medicines?

utilities are included except for cable. I'm not driving my truck because of the really narrow streets here and the local bus costs 3 pesos. Meds I'll have to find out pretty quick as I have 2 prescriptions, one of which is about to need a refill. My US provider will rebate (although I haven't checked specifically with them about Mexico) the major portion if I send in a claim for Lipitor or Aciphex. I'll probably spend another $50-$100USD a month for necessities when the current stock runs out but buying once a month in bulk at Costco should help a lot. Regards, Mike

We own our own house. Make no attept to save money and we usually spend about 1400.US. A few things cost more here but drugs are cheaper. Property taxes are really cheap. Rolla
