Ciudad Hidalgo Hotel - looking for first-hand reports

Esteemed Forum members,
I'm looking for first-hand reports from anyone who has stayed at the Hotel Ojo de Agua in Ciudad Hidalgo in the past 5 years or so. Any help/comments that you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Is this a hotel that can be recommended?
