It's been down since Feb. 14 and a bunch of us are having withdrawal pains, so if you want to join an interim e-mail list, reply to me personally. www.coollist.com is a website with hundreds of unmoderated lists, including the SMA one, and they all seem to be down. sma@coollist.com consists of about 270 people, almost all residents of SMA, and it's very political--we're battling the same Great Divide of Bush versus ABB just as heatedly as those living in the States--as well as local tips on recommendations for the best bakery in town, etc. It's nothing like MexConnect, which is chock full of pretty reliable info and no politics and no internecine arguing and no trolls. Coollist makes a lot of people angry because of the political debates and it certainly isn't for everyone. But if you live in SMA and are already on coollist and having withdrawal pangs, do a personal reply to me and we'll see what we can come up with as an interim until they get themselves repaired.
