We live in a small rural village in Veracruz, Mexico where we retired two years ago. We share our little adobe casa with three dogs, one cat, and a few tropical fish. Our town of 1500 souls is a very friendly and informal place with cows and burros and chickens and dogs far outnumbering our kind. There are no street names and no mail delivery. It's mainly burro traffic on our dirt street but it's far from a quiet sleepy place with much going on.
