I can't seem to access my address book when I am on compose. Has something changed that I don't know about?

As far as I can tell, it's working normally. Sometimes such issues are resolved by closing and reopening your browser and/or rebooting. Assuming that neither of those steps makes any difference, what browser are you using, and precisely what order of events are you trying?

OK, my browser is suddenlink.com - I have logged off, turned off and on the compose site when I click on the "little book" nothing happens. Am I missing something?

Yes, something somewhere isn't right. I believe suddenlink.com is your ISP - your browser is likely to be one of: IE (Internet Explorer), Firefox, Mozilla, Opera, or something similar. I'm unable to replicate the problem, so I'm going to ask the techies for their suggestions, and will get back to you direct via your personal e-mail.
