Lines of left-arrow buttons on my explorer toolbar

Frequently, when I open Mexico-Connect, lines of small left-arrow buttons are superimposed over my Microsoft Internet Explorer toolbar. If I "x" out and come back, it usually operates normally.

It doesn't happen whenever I open any other web site, only Mexico-connect.

Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a fix?

Are you using the Norton Systemworks Program? Without knowing exactly what it looks like, it sounds like it might be the line of yellow left pointing arrows that appear for their “Go Back” option when I start my computer. They disappear after a few seconds, and never appear again when I open another webpage though. They only appear when the computer has been shut down, when it is restarted. They do not appear if the computer has been put in standby, or hibernate mode and restarted.
