Finding a maid in Guadalajara (El Palomar)

My husband and I recently semi-retired and moved to Guadalajara two weeks ago. We want to hire a maid to help us out. We have a small dog and will be traveling doing some consulting work once in a while so the ideal situation would be to have her here from Monday morning to Friday afternoon with the option to stay over for the weekend to look after the dog and the house when we are traveling. I know this is a lot to ask, but we could be flexible.
Does anyone know of an agency that could help us with this? I have asked neighbours and even strangers we have met briefly but so far no one has come up with a solution. Our Spanish is minimal, which does not help. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
