Hello All
Here I am in Tula Hidalgo. I have just seen the shell of our house in nearby El Carmen.
It is bigger than I though and probably over budget - but we are excited! I also saw
10 hand written pages of detailed costs. Sorry but I will not be able to translate
and post this info any time soon. Roughly speaking 400 m2 of construction including
a large portal and garage is at the $40K mark. Everthing over built for a secong floor.
Nothing else but a shell. I will try to post some pics later. Damn Im lucky! Tony
