5dollars for pesos

Hello again,
5 days to my closing NOB and I'm still thinking of questions to ask. For example, I'm driving from RI and when I get to TX on which side of the border should I change US$ to pesos? I'm sure the quotas will not accept US dollars and with 6 pets in the car this could be a helpful bit of information - every bit of time saved will be a help. Thanks Jan

There are all kinds of money changing places on the US side of the border as you get close to the bridge. Some of them are "drive-through" so you don't even have to leave your car. (But they don't give out dog treats like some of the banks NOB do)

After a week or so and thousands of miles I might have thought that a drive thru cambio was a mirage. This info is a real bright spot in my day. Thank you.
