If there is even the slightest possibility that you might move back to the US, keep the card with a US address for credit worthy purposes. It's best if you can get a card that allows you to access you account online. That way you can make timely payments using internet banking. Keeps a credit history in the US which can be invaluable in the always uncertain future.

You can have the best of both worlds if you have a credit card through one of the U.S. banks with a Mexican connection. Mine is "Banamex USA" which goes through the Citibank/Banamex system. I use my U.S. address (a tiny box-like residence in a Texas postal station) to simplify the matter.

The only downside is that I keep getting solicitations from Texas charities.

We have Capital One credit cards. Unlike others, they DO NOT charge extra for foreign transactions. We pay the credit card bills online. I would keep a US address. Don't forget to inform them that you will be using the card in Mexico.
