It is my inderstanding that NAFTA applies to business-to-business transactions. It does not yet apply to individuals crossing the border.

the quickest way to get an answer to your question is to contact a broker in your area-i use an outfit that was purchased by fedex-i regularily export antiques into u.s from canada.
but if you're donating these things when you get to mexico,why don't you consult with a church synagogue,mosque,etc. or charity that does this on a regular basis?i'm sure they could help you.
