Food fairs in Mexico

I was looking at the website for Klass gelatines and aguas frescas. I had bought some at Walmart in the US and was curious as to what they made. On the home page there is a link to traditions of Mexico..On that link they have the months and each month tells where and what food fairs are going on in what city in Mexico. If you want to check it out.. www.klasstime.com

I'm sooo glad to have this. I've been wondering about all the holidays and where they are most celebrated. This is a GEM. Thanks, Cynthia7
