Food fairs in Mexico

I was looking at the website for Klass gelatines and aguas frescas. I had bought some at Walmart in the US and was curious as to what they made. On the home page there is a link to traditions of Mexico..On that link they have the months and each month tells where and what food fairs are going on in what city in Mexico.
