I was in Japapa in December a couple of years ago. One of the most charming cities of Mexico, I believe. Check out Meson de Alferez, just south of plaza. Nice accommodations in a well restored Colonial building, modestly priced. The more I think about it, the more I think I should drive down this December and enjoy that beautiful city again. I hope you have a spendid time there.<p>DAN
