Gringal was right in an earlier aside. He is trying to attract a critical mass of suckers so he can unload his current adobe at cost and move to a place he would rather live. Probably SMA judging from his earlier rants. But those already ensconced need not worry. His chances are slim because there has been a critical mass of suckers for some time in SMA which hopefully will continue to keep it well out of his reach.

Actually, on a serious note, Miguel is desperately missing his dream town of Savannah. I understand and sympathize with this problem. Simply note his reference to lying about in a hammock enjoying the (mountain) breeze. What has happened to Miguel and Bubba is that Savannah and Charleston and Mobile and such places are now beyond our reach and God done finally got around to punishing our beloved New Orleans with the back of His hand so we seek shelter in such woegebone backwaters as Patzcuaro hoping to be the equivalent of those who discovered SMA long ago and are now dead as doornails but look at it this way, Miguel, we are still here and they are worm food. Listen to Monty Python´s Life of Brian:
