Another trip to Mazatlan

We are planning to spend 2 weeks in Mazatlan next year, but want to plan early. I would like to stay in El Centro overlooking the bay. Is this possible? How are real estate prices now in this area?

As far as real estate prices in Centro Historico, they have skyrocketted in the last 2 years. You can check out this link for a list of real estate agents with online listings in Mazatlan -

We bought our house in Centro 2 years ago, but with current prices we would unlikely be able to afford to live in Centro Historico. That said, there are many other nice neighborhoods in Mazatlan with very affordable housing.

Thanks for the reply. If I was buying, I would want to be on the hill over bay. The rest of town is nice, but if I could come up with the money, this area is where I would want to be.
