I've noticed that most real butter here seems to be oddly "enhanced" with a scent that to me is not entirely appropriate to buuter. "Chipilo" Brand is one of the most notable. I bought some other, expensive, New Zealand butter, and it smelled and tasted like...butter. A wedge of cheddar type cheese from the Morelia Wal Mart disappointed me, because although its texture was good, the basic taste was "like cheddar", it also has an odd taste, something like the smell of fabric softener. I never had a cheese with that smell before. It's edible, but only because I am craving cheddar cheese. Saludos, Anonimo
