Additionally, I think that if you were to continue in the direction of the picture, you would arrive shortly at Fuente de Las Tarascas and el Acueducto.

I'll do a few more, but I do not have unlimited resources for the prize. Maybe someone else can pick up the game after I poop out.

Alex,
Please do more and forget the prize! I love the pictures and finding out where they are. Maybe I could even guess one sometime (yeah, right). It's a cool game.

Anytown, New Spain. Tired architectural knockoff of the mother country by pillagers intent on destroying indigenous culture with similar pagan rituals and wasted human effort building monuments to man's folly and situated in the vicinity of a place posing as Orlando, Florida just off of some interamerican highway coming from nowhere and headed toward nowhere with $1.99 cheeseburgers ready to clog your arteries and fry your brain for the price of a pit stop at a Pemex station where you can relieve yourself for two pesos before moving on to your next mindless adventure..

Pemex sanitarios are now, generally, free. (In my limited experiences here, "testing the waters", so to speak.)

You are correct about most Pemex stations, Anonimo. I was getting carried away with my corny response. Ronpic; I don't know about McDonalds but a Cheese Whopper at the Guadalajara airport will cost you about $45 Pesos. One nice thing is that you can also have a margarita with your Whooper there so hang the expense. It beats airline food.

that's only because you are in the AIRPORT where a bottle of water will cost three dollars and a candy bar about a dollar fifty. At the Burger King in Nogales, you can get an Angus Steak burger "como usted lo quieren" for 17 pesos. Add cheese for just 6 pesos more.

Isn't 60 cents for a small slice of cheap cheese a bit much ??

Yeah, but we are in Mexico after all. I have learned to leave logic at home.
