Before we left SMA, I found a cheaper map (have two of the better ones I think) -- not the best -- that listed neighborhoods. Are these areas ill defined or do they have legal boundries like those in New Orleans and Paris?
Some of the maps are good but I'd like to know more about what's where. And what are those areas called? And I'd like a list of those areas.
Also who governs the areas outside SMA boundaries? Just the sate or another authority?

Also in Chester County,Pa a mushroom growing area there are many small Mexican groceries. Is there a name for the community store? Also any good on-line or US suppliers of ingredients of Mexican food?
