Samsung in Mexico (update)

Apparently the dispute with TelMex (through it's agent the Mexican FCC) has been resolved and will be implimented shortly (whatever that means). A note just received from Samsung says its customers will be getting free calls for a couple of days this week, as was done last Friday.

I have to say that I have never seen any company, in the U.S. or otherwise, go the extra mile for their customers as Samsung has during this B.S. with TelMex (the unregulated monoploy).

Cudos plus to Samsung.

You feel the way I do Talosian. Sadly some of the folks over at the other forum have been very negative, I hope you do not mind. I copied the following paragraph to the Chapala forum, simply stating that this came "from that other forum"

"I have to say that I have never seen any company, in the U.S. or otherwise, go the extra mile for their customers as Samsung has during this B.S. with TelMex (the unregulated monoploy)."
