I just received my FM3 in Portland (only requirements were proof I was retired and had monthly income of $1000 per month.) The consular official that handled the paperwork told me that with an FM3 I could not be out of Mexico for more than 60 days (cumulative) for any 12 month period or I would lose the FM3. I have not seen this restriction discussed before. Is this information correct?
