Finding an Architect in Morelia

Hello, we am not certain if it is O.K. to ask about this on this forum. However, we have not received any responses from the Morelia Forum.
We are looking for an English speaking architect who uses email, to work on designing the interior of a small house in the "protected" Historic District of Morelia. We are hoping to find someone who is not only familiar with the regulations and requirements for the Historic District but who is open to working with ideas for a "modern Mexican" or "international" interior. If anyone has any suggestions or knows of anyone who has had experience with architects in Morelia, we would be very grateful for responses. Thanks, Diana and Mark

I am curious as to whether INAH, in Morelia, is enforcing specific interior design? It is a true grey area of their jurisdiction. It was my impression, they are more concerned with exterior preservation.
