Just wondering if there is a way to alphebetize the names of Library members in our address book. It would make it faster when looking for specific individuals. Thanks, Dee

Maz, are you asking about the address book in Internet Explorer? If you are, you can sort names alphabetically, in XP Pro. Open the address book, click on view / sort/ name / first, or last / ascending. I have mine set to sort by first name ascending. You can also sort by Email address, or home or business phone number.

Thanks Rex, I was talking about the address book in Mexconnect mail. For my personal mail, I use Hotmail, and the addresses are automatically sorted in whatever way you specify. I use Mexconnect mail for the Library. New additions automatically go to the bottom of the list. Maybe I will look for an alternative, but I am VERY dumb when it comes to computers! Dee
