Experience with Lloyd for health insurance?

A forum contributor suggested I look into Lloyd (www.lloyd.com.mx) as a provider of health insurance while living in Mexico.

I have them working on a quote (arranged via email), but can find scant information about them online, and their web site has only a minor link to mention that they even offer it - no details. They are primarily known as a financial institution with investment products.

Has anyone a comment on personal experience obtaining health coverage from these folks? Anyone ever actually go through a claims process with them?

I have only used their homeowners insurance. Although I have never had a claim, they have always been responsive and helpful when I had a question. Let us know what you find out about their health insurance--the need for health insurance is a very common problem discussed on this forum.
