Continental to Queretaro

Noticed an article in a Queretaro paper when I was there that said Continental Airlines is increasing the number of its flights into Queretaro from Houston and also Los Angeles, with one fare listed at $250.00. That will make life interesting for those trying to find cheaper airfares to this region now that Leon isn't the only game in town.

Relative to this discussion, a friend just took the Queretaro-Houston flight the other day. He called to say that the shuttle took exactly one hour from San Miguel to the airport as opposed to the hour and thirty minutes to the Leon airport. He said that the airport is not quite finished and that the ground personnel are still getting their acts together. Nevertheless, it appears to be a great alternative for those going to or connecting at Houston.
