Pay per view what? who? where? or when?

Tell me which system you are contemplating and I will tell you what I know about making the system work using for example VoIP

Megacable in Guadalajara offers pay-per-view movies and sports events on cable television. Given that Megacable is in any number of places in Mexico, I suspect you can get it wherever they offer it.

I have Dishnet/Echostar satellite TV and it offers PPV. Mostly first run (or at least pre video availability) movies and sporting events.
