The weather saying is 'febrero loco, marzo otro poco'. It means, "February is crazy, March is a little crazier."

We've certainly seen the truth in this around Guadalajara this year. It's rained, and rained hard, several days in February and again in March. In 25 years, I've never seen February/March rains like this. And today it's been very windy here, too. And mañana--¡quien sabe!
