Help requested with translation query

The context is eighteenth century Spanish, and the precise phrase (spelling as in original) is:
"ay unos baños de agua caliento donde tienen hecha una casilla y asiadero"
Roughly translated, this equates to "there are some warm (or hot) water baths where a hut and ** have been made."
So, the question is: What does asiadero mean?
Any offers?

Apparently it's a kind of soft cheese, queso asiadero. I also found a reference in a site discussing religious use of candles:

"LA ZONA DE LA JUNTA PONERLA POR LA PARTE POSTERIOR, DE MODO QUE NO SE VEA CUANDO ESTE SOBRE LA VELA Y APLANAR LA PUNTA PELLIZCÁNDOLA CON ELÍNDICE Y EL PULGAR; CON ESTA OPERACIÓN ADEMAS DE MANTENER EL CONO Y HERMÉTICO, TIENE UN PEQUEÑO ASIADERO POR EL CUAL TOMARLO."

Using Google's translation service, I got this: "The ZONE OF The MEETING TO PUT IT BY The LATER PART, SO THAT ONE DOES NOT SEE WHEN THIS ON The CANDLE And FLATTEN The END TWEAKING IT WITH ELÍNDICE And The THUMB; WITH THIS OPERATION ADEMAS TO MAINTAIN The CONE And HERMETIC, IT HAS A SMALL ASIADERO BY WHICH TO TAKE IT."

The section is discussing making paper or foil collars for candles, so "asiadero" sounds kinda like a handle of some sort, doesn't it?

Marta, Thanks for responding. I'm not sure about the candles, but I believe the other google references are typos for asadero - as in queso asadero (= cheese fit for roasting). If asiadero = asedero in the sentence I quoted, then its meaing still remains far from clear! Any other suggestions, anyone?

Tony, my best guess is something like a sauna, one of those hot-rocks things--and that your source misspelled asadero and wrote 'asiadero'. I can't find any reference to the word 'asiadero' in any dictionary. It could be a mutant modismo, but I'm betting on a typo.

Esperanza, Yes, I suspect you are probably correct and it refers to some kind of sauna or similar, but I'd sure love to have your educated guess confirmed somehow. It is certainly possible that the spelling is non-standard - perhaps even for aciadero, or haciadero, or...?? [Unfortunately, I haven't yet come up with a possibility that, as far as I know, actually means anything!] I join you in hoping that Quevedo will have the chance to offer his opinion.

Hello Tony,

I'll buy Esperanza's guess that the word is asadero---a place where heat is generated according to the Real Academia. I'll buy this particularly since I have been working with several 17th and 18th Spanish texts and am finding that Spanish at that time---as with English---had many non-standard spellings as well as many typos or proof reading errors in the texts.

Del verbo asear.

Por lo que leí, la cita no es sólo antigua, del siglo XVIII, sino también de un escrito que no muestra muy buen español que digamos.
