Don, thank you for another prompt and helpful reply.
I did receive my "Formato" or TdeC with the plates.
After checking with two native friends, one a taxi driver and the other a Contract Bus Company owner,
they inform me that you folk in Jalisco are more highly organized than here in vicinity Mexico City.
All I am ever going to get is my 8.5 x 11 Formato
(TdeC), a copy of which should be kept in car along with a copy of tenencia. Rarely do people hereabouts
in the great state of Mexico get the cards. Too many of us, I think.
Enjoy the time with your brother this month. I will let you know how my fact-finding trip goes.
