Telecable provides connection with 512 kbps for 329.57 MXN + IVA = 379 MXN
DSL is also available

Yes, there are two cable companies. Telemedia (Unimedia) is perhaps more reliable. http://www.telemedia.net.mx/index.asp Service from 64 kbps to 1024 kbps is available. I don't recall the exact price I paid, but it was around $550 USD/year for the fastest service.

Wireless and DSL are also available.

Of course, all of the above is dependent upon location in Morelia.
