Playacar - searching for neighbors

I'm interested in hearing from anyone living or owning property in Playacar, the development near Playa del Carmen. We will be building soon and I would appreciate any input someone may have regarding the Playacar community or construction projects in general.

I know of a man who recently built in Playacar. He is active in another venue, and he may be glad to communicate with you

Oh, I am leaving tomorrow for a couple of weeks split between Isla de Mujeres and Playa del Carmen, so I may not respond to any queries soon

Your choices of places to spend your time sound great. We love both spots and hope to have time to travel like that some day.
