I'm noticing significant infrastructure changes in Tijuana, mainly new over/underpasses replacing the adrenalin-pumping traffic circles. I'm kind of sad, actually. So far its been just where there isn't a monument in the middle, we'll see what progress brings. Heck, I navigate by those monuments.
