Very nice job on the colorful website. You are off to a good start, I just can't wait to see some new examples of your great pictures of the area.

Would you, or anyone happen to know the dates of Carnaval in the Veracruz port, and for the one in Xalapa this coming February? What are the good websites for specific info on Carnaval?

I made a Google search and came up with this for Carnaval in Veracruz...

Hope your Spanish is good! Forgive me for not translating the page, "pero me da mucha flojera".
I'll send an e-mail to the page to get some more exact information concerning dates.
Xalapa's Carnaval is usually the week after Veracruz when the floats are brought up from the Puerto. I haven't been to Carnaval myself in Veracruz since 1973; it's easier, cheaper and cooler seeing the parades here.
